Pirates and vagabonds, feel free to doubt the might of the PIE and CVA fleets.
Feel free to consider our pilots to be inexperienced and easy to combat.

I do not see why we should answer your silly accusations about our cowardice as our record speaks for itself.
As for learning combat, there is a heap of a difference between fighting opponents who shoot back, as we are accostumed to, and "fighting" those who can only deactivate their mining lasers, as you do.
You are by far not our strongest foe and just like our previous foes, you will be crushed.

Operation Deliverance went into full swing today, Sunday.
A Soul Cartel raven was shot down in Kheram and a Soul Cartel scorpion escaped with the aid of sentry guns.
Several security ratings dropped but the Empire is again safer, no matter what CONCORD writes into it's books.
The Operation saw an unexpected angle as a small Minmatar Terrorist fleet arrived in the middle of a PIE operation against HoW. No PIE losses reported but several terrorists saw their ships vanish in rightful laser fury.

OffBeat (alt) and baagpus, the terms for peace with PIE in this area have been stated again and again, during talks with your CEOs just as on forums.
Promise not to pirate and your presence is welcomed. Pirate and it is not.
We don't present very complicated terms.
As for the foothold thing, we sacrifice our security ratings to take you gatecampers, scorpion and raven's sitting on top of gates in 0.4 space and less is blatant pirating, and you have been caught red-handed (red-boxed) time and time again.
Why would we sacrifice our security ratings unless to make space safer?
